We are a Gas Safe registered installer and are also a NICEIC approved
installer which also includes being a verifier of Construction for Electrical
Works (for which we have approval by the Scottish Government).
We are
also members of SNIPEF. We have premises in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Lanarkshire and Ayrshire
which cover the following postcode areas: G, ML,PA,KA,EH,FK,KY.
We are a
family run company with two generations working in the company and
carry out all types of gas, electrical, heating , plumbing and renewable
works. We can also carry out Energy Performance Certificates on domestic
properties.

agents or private home owners and landlords we cater for everyone and
our goal is to maintain complete customer satisfaction without which
our business would not have grown.
We are registered with Gas Safe Reg no 303788 which is the official stamp
for gas safety in the United Kingdom. To work legally on gas appliances
and installations you must be on the Gas Safe Register. All gas engineers
should be registered with Gas Safe Register by law to work with gas.
Always check a gas engineer is on the register before employing them
to carry out work for you. And when your engineer arrives on your doorstep,
always ask to see their Gas Safe Register ID card before letting them
in.
Our Gas Safe registered engineers will carry out tests and checks to
establish your appliances are operating safely. Where an appliance or
pipework has been installed in an unsafe way, or is operating unsafely
and the engineer cannot rectify the situation immediately, they will
follow the guidance outlined in the Gas Industry Unsafe Situations Procedure
(GIUSP) and Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 to make
the installation safe. This is the industry accepted document for guiding
engineers on dealing with unsafe situations.
We are also registered with NICEIC Reg nos 044256. NICEIC has been assessing
the technical competence of electricians for over 50 years. Its aim is
to protect everyone who uses electricity from unsafe electrical installations
anywhere. To achieve this, they maintain a register of qualified, competent
electricians.
Being registered with NICEIC, means we get re-assessed on a regular basis
to ensure high standards and to give you peace of mind on your electrical
installation making you feel safe in the knowledge that we are backed
by the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installations.
